茄子雞絲沙茶炒米

做法:
1. 雞絲洗淨烚熟, 手撕成絲備用;
2. 米炒略煮備用;
3. 茄子切條;
4. 爆香蒜茸, 加入茄子同炒, (注意茄子吸油, 可加多一點生油);
5. 加入雞絲及米粉, 以沙茶醬, 砂糖名蒜茸調味;
6. 以筷子拌勻即成。
