茄牛意兩食


我既係湯意;佢既係炒意
炒意做法:
1. 牛肉以洋蔥蒜茸生粉紅酒醬油糖麻油生油同醃半小時;
2. 意粉油鹽水煮熟,備用;
3. 爆香蔥蒜粒,加蕃茄粒及牛肉粒同炒,牛肉炒至七成熟,下意粉拌勻即可。

湯意做法:
1. 牛肉以洋蔥蒜茸生粉紅酒醬油醃半小時;
2. 牛肉、蕃茄名意粉放湯煮熟,加雞粉調味即成。
