祛濕粉葛湯
做法:
1. 瘦肉或豬展飛水; 粉葛切件; 扁豆赤小豆洗淨;
2. 加水同煲約三小時即可。
蠍: 我今次係用壓力煲煲1個鐘, 不過唔知點解走左一半水, 咁樣反而好濃味好好飲, 鹽都唔駛加!
