雜菜湯
材料:青椒2個、西芹3條、蕃茄6小個、椰菜半個、洋蔥1大個、甘荀3個
調味料:雞粉3茶匙
做法:
1. 所有材料切小塊;
2. 加水煲30-45分鐘即成。
減肥中的我打算一星期煲一次,一次大約可以飲兩餐,每餐兩至三大碗!很美味很飽肚!
現已實行一個月了~
